Arts USF Type Treatment
The official USF College of The Arts logo has a disadvantage in its inability to communicate the important essence of "The Arts at USF" in a small space. To solve this problem, a type treatment was created for the college in order to simplify and get to the core of the subject matter of the college's communication pieces when promoting events at USF pertaining to visual and performing arts, and architecture.
Complimenting the University of South Florida's brand was high priority, but the word "Arts" had to stand out in a clear and easy to understand way.
Defining the difference between the official logo and the type treatment is important to clarify when each version should be used.
White font option for use on dark backgrounds.
Black font option for monochrome printing options.
